Wholesale sourcing, made for your practice

Who are you buying for?

Under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, anyone authorized to dispense or administer prescription drugs counts as a dispenser. That includes clinics and med spas, not just pharmacies.

The cost of getting it wrong

A cheap vial from the wrong source is the most expensive thing you can buy.

Gray-market offers

FDA has warned that counterfeit Botox reached U.S. doctors’ offices and clinics through an unlicensed supplier. A price that looks too good from a seller you can’t verify is how it gets in the door.

Missing paperwork

On April 1, 2026, FDA issued its first DSCSA warning letter to a dispenser. The dispenser was a medical spa in Texas. Clinics are now on the inspection map.

One rep, one price list

Plenty of practices buy from the same price list for years. Without a second quote from a legitimate source, there’s no way to tell whether you’re overpaying.

DSCSA readiness review

FDA’s small-dispenser exemption now runs to November 27, 2027. It delays electronic, package-level tracing. It does not delay the rest of the law, and most of the rest already applies to you.

Common questions

Questions about sourcing and your review

Is this really free?

Yes. The account, the sourcing quote, and the DSCSA readiness review don't require a credit card, contract, or purchase.

Why would a wholesaler offer a free DSCSA review?

Practices that understand traceable sourcing are the customers we want. Some compare our prices afterward. Some don't, and that's fine. The review doesn't depend on buying from us.

Can you beat any price?

No honest supplier can promise that. Your quote shows item by item where we're lower and where we aren't.

Didn't FDA extend the DSCSA deadline?

For small dispensers, FDA extended the exemption for electronic, package-level tracing to November 27, 2027. Core duties like buying only from authorized trading partners, keeping transaction records, and handling suspect product were never part of that exemption.
