1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE Raloxifene hydrochloride tablets, USP is an estrogen agonist/antagonist indicated for: Treatment and prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. ( 1.1 ) Reduction in risk of invasive breast cancer in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.
